Merger review, abuse of dominance, and platform market analysis, with sustained work on the Korean Air–Asiana merger as a multi-party regulatory negotiation.
U.S. Evidence Law
Hearsay and its exceptions, character evidence, privileges, authentication, and the best evidence rule, studied through bilingual case analysis.
Public International Law
State responsibility, self-determination, and the law of armed conflict, examined through cases including Nicaragua and the Nuremberg and Tokyo Trials.
Negotiation Theory
BATNA, ZOPA, and integrative bargaining, applied to real multi-party deals spanning regulators, coalitions, and remedy structures.
Law and Development Club & The HILSIAN
Contribute to student publication and organize an international field trip to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, alongside editorial and academic writing on regulatory topics.
